Terms of Service
By using Cutter4D you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between OPL-AI Software ("OPL-AI Software", "we"), developer and operator of the Cutter4D software and website (the "Service"), and you as a user.
Cutter4D is a product offered under OPL-AI Software. The party to the rights and obligations in these Terms is OPL-AI Software.
OPL-AI Software — Tax ID: 7420742839 — Address: Elmalıkent Mah. Özyavuz Cad. No: 46/1-1, Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye — Email: info@cutter4d.com
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Cutter4D is web-based software for nesting (irregular shape placement) optimisation in industrial cutting. It reads DXF drawings, places parts onto sheets and returns the result visually and as a file.
The optimisation runs IN YOUR BROWSER. The plans of the optimisations you start (part geometry and, once finished, the result) are stored on our servers, tied to your account (see the Privacy Policy).
The Service is offered with limited free use and paid subscription or one-off access packages. Scope and limits are stated on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.
3. Account and Security
Some parts of the Service require signing in with your Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
Tell us without delay if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payment and Subscription
Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes.
Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) RENEW AUTOMATICALLY for the chosen period until you cancel: at the start of each period, the amount shown on the checkout when you bought is charged to your saved payment method. The renewal period and amount are shown before you buy.
Cancelling: in the app, open the account menu > Subscription and cancel in one click, or write to us — any time before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and no charge is taken for the next period. The next renewal date is shown on the same page.
The day pass is a one-off purchase; it is valid for 24 hours and does not renew.
Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect your current subscription period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, in breach of others' rights, or in a way that harms our infrastructure.
Reverse engineering the Service, extracting its source code or circumventing access limits is prohibited.
Creating excessive load with automated tools, sharing accounts or transferring your access to third parties is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, interface, brand and content of the Service belong to us. A subscription grants a right of use only; it does not transfer ownership.
The drawings you upload and the results you produce belong to YOU. We claim no ownership of that content.
So that we can provide the Service, you grant us a limited permission to store and process the drawings you upload (part geometry, names and the text on parts) and the results you produce, and to let authorised staff review them solely to answer your support requests, fix bugs and improve nesting quality. This permission is non-exclusive, non-transferable and ends when you delete your account. Your content is never given or sold to third parties, published, shown to other users or used to train third-party AI models, and it is kept confidential as it may contain trade secrets.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Reporting Infringing Content
If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property or personal rights, write to info@cutter4d.com, stating the right you believe is infringed, enough information to identify the content, and your identity and contact details.
Content uploaded by users is not published; it is visible only to the user who uploaded it and to authorised staff for the purposes above. We review content reported as unlawful under Turkish Law No. 5651 and related legislation, remove it without delay where required and inform its owner. We comply promptly with decisions of the competent authorities.
8. Accuracy of Results and Liability
Optimisation results are produced by heuristic algorithms and are not guaranteed to be optimal. Results are a suggestion.
CHECKING THE RESULT BEFORE CUTTING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Do not go into production without verifying material, machine, kerf and tolerance conditions.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of material or production downtime. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the damage arose.
9. Availability
We aim to provide the Service without interruption, but maintenance, updates or technical faults may cause downtime. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.
If we discontinue the Service or a feature, we refund the paid and unused period on a pro-rata basis.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. In serious cases we may act without notice.
You may close your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
Your mandatory consumer rights under your local law are reserved.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms. We announce material changes on the site; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
