Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try It Free First

Cutter4D has a free tier. We recommend trying the software with your own drawings before paying, so that you never need a refund in the first place.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

For digital services, the law provides that this right may end once you start using the service. Even so, we grant refunds under the conditions in section 3.

3. Our Refund Conditions

Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not made substantial use of your subscription, we refund in full.

If the software is unusable because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused period.

Accidental duplicate payments are always refunded.

We do not refund a period you have used simply because you changed your mind.

4. How to Request a Refund

Write to info@cutter4d.com from the e-mail address you paid with, including your Paddle order number.

We resolve requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your payment method; depending on your bank it may take 5-10 business days to appear.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; no charge is taken for the next period.

Cancelling does not automatically refund past periods.

6. Payment Provider

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Invoicing and refunds are carried out through Paddle.
